A few months back, I found myself in the midst of what felt like an endless brain fog. You know that feeling, when everything around feels heavy and you are constantly irritated for no reason? On top of it, trying different things also doesn’t work for you, which usually does!
Now, as I speak this, let me make it clear that I am not high on the religious aspect of spirituality. So I paused, lit an incense stick and intentionally visualised a golden light washing over me. And the shift happened! The heaviness lifted, clarity returned, and I realised: this wasn’t just exhaustion from work, it was accumulated energetic residue from the world around me. Think of it as spiritual hygiene: just as we brush our teeth to prevent decay, clearing energies helps purge negative or stagnant vibes, restoring balance and inviting positive flow.

- Take A Salt Bath or Soak Your Feet in Salt Water: Submerge yourself in a warm bath infused with Epsom or sea salt to draw out negativity and restore balance. Alternatively, you can rub it on your body while taking a shower. Even a simple foot soak works wonders if you’re short on time . Add a few drops of lavender essential oil for extra calm. As the salt dissolves, visualise toxins releasing from your body, leaving you refreshed and grounded.
